All Prosperity Bank lobbies and drive-thrus are open for business. 

Effective April 30, 2021, customers are not required to wear face masks while conducting business at any Prosperity Bank location.

May 14, 2021 - Based on the recent announcement by the CDC recommendation for non-healthcare settings, the Bank will no longer require associates to wear masks in banking facilities. Associates may, however, continue wearing masks if they so choose.

Banking Centers will continue to routinely sanitize banking centers, including workstations, common areas, and equipment. We continue to encourage social distancing when possible while in the banking centers.

Our online services including online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs are available around the clock for transactions.

We encourage you to visit our online services for quick access to your account(s). If you are a consumer who has not yet registered for online banking and wishes to do so, you can sign up on the Prosperity Bank website. Select Online Banking from the dropdown then Enroll.

Rest assured that your money will remain safe and accessible. While we are always glad to see you at our banking centers, remember that we provide a number of alternative channels to do your banking including:

Prior to visiting a banking center, please self-screen for the following symptoms. Do not enter if you are experiencing any of these symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Chills / Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea
  • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100° F
  • Known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19.

Rest assured that your money continues to remain safe, sound, and accessible. At Prosperity Bank, the standard deposit insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)-insured bank, per ownership category. Depositors may qualify for more coverage if they have funds in different ownership categories and all other FDIC requirements are met.
