Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Important Information

Thank you for your patience while access to our banking center lobbies was limited due to COVID-19. We are pleased to announce that based on announcements from health officials and actions by our state and local governments to begin safely reopening the economy, we will reopen our lobbies for full-access on Monday, May 18, 2020.

The health and safety of our associates and customers is our top priority. We are strongly encouraging that all associates and customers wear masks while conducting business as a safety measure. Banking Center associates may also wear gloves and will routinely sanitize all areas of the banking center, including work stations, common areas and equipment.

Customer reminders:

  • Please adhere to the 6 ft. rule for social distancing while in the banking centers. 
  • Floor decals will serve as a visual reminder to maintain social distancing.
  • Door/window signs will provide helpful reminders about general health protocols before entering the building.
  • Customers are encouraged to wear masks into banking centers. Please be advised that a Bank associate may ask you to briefly remove your face covering for identification purposes in some cases. Please do not take offense, as this is only for the safety of everyone.

Prior to visiting a banking center, please self-screen for the following symptoms. Do not enter if you are experiencing any of these symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Chills / Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea
  • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100° F
  • Known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19.
