Thank you for your patience while access to our banking center lobbies was limited due to COVID-19.
Based on announcements from health officials and actions by our state and local governments we have reopened our lobbies and drive-thrus for full access. The health and safety of our associates and customers are our top priority.
Effective April 30, 2021, customers are not required to wear face masks while conducting business at any Prosperity Bank location.
As a safety precaution, associates will continue to wear masks. Banking Center associates may also wear gloves and routinely sanitize banking centers, including workstations, common areas, and equipment.
