Positive Pay
Protect against fraud by utilizing Prosperity Bank’s Positive Pay service to electronically monitor check or ACH transactions presented for payment to your business checking account. Validates the checks presented to your account for payment prior to processing by automatically matching the items against your business check-issued files. Choose Prosperity’s Check Positive Pay service, ACH Positive Pay, or both.

Important Merger Dates
With the merger of FirstCapital Bank (FCB) and Prosperity Bank, there will be many important dates to keep in mind. Please see the table below for more information and be sure to check back regularly for new updates.

| Business Mobile Banking | Friday, May 12th | 4:00 P.M. – Access and inquiry will no longer be available until MONDAY, MAY 15 at 8:00 A.M. |

| Small Business Bill Pay | Friday, May 12th | 4:00 P.M. – is the cut-off time for Small Business Bill Pay. The latest a customer may schedule a payment to be made and migrate is 3:50 P.M. |
