Positive Pay

Protect against fraud with Prosperity Bank’s Positive Pay service to electronically monitor check or ACH transactions presented for payment to your business checking account. Validates the checks presented to your account for payment prior to processing by automatically matching the items against your business check-issued files. Choose Prosperity’s Check Positive Pay service, ACH Positive Pay, or both.

Check Positive Pay

Check Positive Pay validates the checks presented for payment by electronically matching the items against your issued check records. Items presented for payment that does not match a corresponding item in your issued check file are identified as an exception and referred to the company for a ‘pay’ or ‘return’ decision.

ACH Positive Pay

When authorized ACH debit and credit originators vary or when special attention should be paid to third-party ACH activity, ACH Positive Pay may be a good solution. Provide Prosperity Bank with known ACH originators. All other ACH items will be identified as exceptions. Review exception items by the established deadline to return any that are unauthorized.

ACH Blocks/ACH Filters

Authorize only specific activity to your account and restrict based upon transaction type.

ACH Blocks: Protect against unauthorized inbound transactions with ACH debit block. Full ACH credit blocks are also available.

ACH Filters: Filters are a fraud prevention tool when repetitive ACH debits or credits are expected. Simply provide Prosperity with your approved debit and credit originators. ACH transactions will be automatically filtered for you.
